Soil Pipe Help on a Self Build

Looking for some help on below ground soil pipes on a new build bungalow.

Toilets is straight forward just 110mm up through slab using long raduis rest bend.

For bath/sink/shower what is standard practice. Can I bring them all through slab in 40/50mm and come out through blockwork into back inlet gulley trap or would it be better. If it has to be 110mm through the slab do people generally put in a 110mm pipe to each drain point of one common and run 40/50mm pipes through the floor insulation.
