Civil service mobility

I'm trying to get mobility transfer to zone 44, I have been on the list with the past 6 months and still stuck on the same number. Does anyone know when the mobility offers take place and how long would you be waiting, I'm currently number 19 on list and need a transfer fast as we are moving to house.

Just to mention I'm an EO, I'm happy in my current role but do not have remote working. I have heard NSSO are usually looking for staff but there no move in the mobilty list.

As an EO the average wait is 2-3 years for a mobility transfer.
