I've an old house off-grid with a history of rotting floors.

I'm looking to increase airflow in/out of pre exisitng grills(I may add another) by adding approx 20 12v 1.44 Watt computer fans optimised for static pressure.

What size battery am I looking at?

Some basic calcs:

20 * 2W = 40W, plus let's say 20W overhead equals 60W/hr.

60W/hr = 1.5kWh per day.

You'll need a deep discharge battery around 230Ah. Your solar cells will need to provide greater than 1.5kWh to charge the cell, and you'll need to look at a BMS to prevent the battery from deep-discharging.
