Neighbour's cat visiting

This must be a common problem, so I hope someone with experience has a solution. Our neighbour recently got a cat who is now visiting our garden all the time. So far, she's just chasing the birds, which alone is an issue for us (we don't want that and we actually try hard to attract birds to our garden). So far she isn't going to the toilet here, which I hope stays that way. But now with the warmer days, we leave the doors open and she just wanders in. Today I caught her upstairs! We tried everything, I spoke to the neighbour, we tried to scare her with loud sounds, water spray, even our own dogs, nothing bothers her. Any tips?

This works very well, and is harmless, you hook it up to a garden hose. It is motion activated with a battery, as cat walks by it will spray some water and cat learns I don't like that place. It also sprays anyone that walks in its path so placement area is important.

bookmark for me, as we have curious cats visiting too that jump through open windows and love to hide under our bed for hours at a time unnoticed, until late at night when they jump out and scare the life out of us!

Not sure attracting a predators natural food source into your garden is going to help. Its a cats natural innate predatory instinct.

Anyone tried one of these Solar Powered Animal Repeller, do they work on cats!
