Running tight on grass, want to spread some protected urea on some paddocks that have been grazed but very little rain promised till next Monday

Would it be ok to spread today, grass has a good few on it every morning

I don't spread protected urea but I've seen people on here saying it's OK to spread it if you knees are wet after you kneel down in the field in the morning.
