    I been arrested for Drunken drive . My drinking limit was 2 times high . Summons came and I appeared the court .No paper came from Garda on the first day of appear in the court and my Barrister told as if now the case is done .If they are sending re summons again I have to appear to the court.If anyone have faced anything like this on the court
