Estate ownership query

Is there a way to find out who owns an estate or if it’s owned by investment fund / rental / private / public ? The property price register estate displays all the houses sold on the same day for the same price. Does this mean it’s an investment fund renting the houses? Estate is new and partially completed and still being built. People are living in the houses completed. Thanks !

Possibly Local Authority.

Would these show up as purchased on the property price register?

All the houses are bought on the same date which made me think it was investment fund.

or an approved housing body eg Tuath, Cluid et al.

Is there a way to find out if they are part of an approved housing body? Is it possible to find out if they are investment fund company?

I thought it was only private sales that were displayed on property price register.
