What size bolt for 10.39mm holes?

I'm looking to order some bolts online to go through 10.39mm holes. They need to be over 200mm long so I'm shopping online as its possible my local building contractor will have them. Would M10 X 220mm bolts work? It's the thickness of the bolt I'm unsure about.

Yes M10 should just about work. Just measured 3 different M10 bolts on my desk, they measure 9,76 - 9,78mm diameter on the thread.

An M10 bolt fits through a 10mm hole.
