Restoring a Barcelona Chair

Would anyone have a recommendation for an upholsterer who would be able to take the frame of a Barcelona chair and restore it to its former glory? I've tried one or two places but they can't (or won't) restore the straps. I want to get the cushions redone in leather but it's useless unless I can get the straps replaced…
