I have an old phone android Sony I can't remember the pin code is there a program I can use thats on windows 10 that I can use to reset or erase the 4 digit pin no code by connecting to my PC using a USB cable

Or is there a mobile phone shop I can go to in Dublin that will be able to erase the

Pin no code so I can get access to phone nos and texts on the phone

I know I can just reset the phone but it'll

Erase all the data on the phone if I do so

Theres a few phone no,s I'd like to hold on to

I don't remember the Gmail account info

so I can't use google apps to access the phone there's no data uploaded to Google drive from this phone

if it was easy anyone could steal your data if they took your phone… it might be possible if the phone is rooted as that decreases its security but i Think your best bet is to try remember the gmail account.

Photos though might be extracted easily by taking out the microcard if it has one and using a suitable microcard reader or another phone. Unlikely - but Possibly there maybe phone numbers on the microcard if the option to export to card was used on the phone.

    “Roll it back”
