The better half and myself went today for the first time since before covid. Was a nice day for it and we were there at 9.30 as I'd to be back for work this evening. The crowd wasn't as big as I expected but maybe it would have gotten bigger in the afternoon as we left at 2.30.

It seemed smaller than previous years as regards the actual size of the exhibitions but perhaps it was my imagination. We'd a good day out and the fact that the entire area is either tarmac or gravel leaves it a pleasure to walk about. There was very little traffic delays on the way in or out but again it could be different at more peak times.

was up today, got busy after lunch but nothing mental. It’s good livestock show machinery hit and miss but it’s a great site

had a smashing day at the show, weather means alot.
loads of livestock to be seen, show jumping, poultry, something for everyone.

Crowds very manageable, traffic a doddle as it’s so close to the motorway.

Will definitely be back.

There’s an awful lot the ploughing could learn from them.

have never been, hopefully next year. Would love to go to the highland too. Was the ploughing not like that back in the 90’s/00’s

It was… but theres other stuff, they segragate the stands well, all car manufacturers were together, all the tat stalls - not that there were many were together, all the horse stuff etc… I liked that..

The ploughing needs a permanent site near a motorway and start building permanent infrastructure, I was happy to pay a tenner for a good carpark with hard surface..

Ploughing friends seem to have used the same site for many years now many people getting sick of it ploughing gone expensive for exhibitors and public and has gone downhill for at least the last 5 years

First and foremost it’s not about greed and rip off like the ploughing, easy day out to get there and get around, we didn’t get up due to change in college exam at the last minute.
