Apple Pay through AIB for 13 yo

    was trying to set up Apple Pay for my 13yo earlier.

    Went all the way through to contacting bank before adding the card to the wallet then failed.

    I called AIB but they said there’s nothing their end stopping it. Don’t know how to contact Apple about it.

    I changed the age on iCloud but that didn’t make any difference.

    Anyone any ideas on how to enable it?
