Watched this last night. It was OK. I agree with the poster above that it was better than 3 but not as good as 1 or 2.

The pacing was all over the place and while the first hour was not great it did get a little better after that with the theme music in it as well which seemed to be missing for a good bit of it.

I think there is the odd message in there too if your looking for one like that family is important and that the it takes a bigger person to apologise.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

I must be in a minority that enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting a lot from it but it scratched that mindless, Saturday night movie itch. There's a few nice callbacks and some decent action set pieces. Unfortunately no iconic laugh ( https://www.cinemablend.com/interviews/eddie-murphy-intentionally-dropped-iconic-laugh-beverly-hills-cop-4 ) but it could have been a lot worse. Judge Rheinhold does look mental but he's actually not in the movie a lot which was probably a wise choice.

I too enjoyed it, anyone watching it expecting anything near the original was always going to be disappointed. Got a few laughs out of me and was handy to pass a couple of hours.
