A prime example of someone who has gone through life, needing a couple of slaps to the head, to correct behaviour, and never got it.

Keep showing your awful misogynistic side MAGA, the average independent voter can't get enough of it!

Possibly Trump's solution as he thinks Ukraine's invasion of Russia will lead to WW3. His brain can't understand Russia invading Ukraine in 2014 being an act of war.

whereas Donald just wants to finish them off as quickly as possible so his son in law can move in on some deals on prime Mediterranean beachfront property.

Love stories from Georgia don't live long. Don will be unhappy with Brian Kemp as he has asked his state AG, Chris Carr, for “guidance” on whether he can remove members of the state election board. This comes after three right-wing members of the five-person board championed and passed a series of new rules that add extra requirements for county election boards to certify their results.

The three right-wing members - Janelle King, Rick Jeffares and Janice Johnston - were recently praised by Donald Trump for championing new rules. The former president called them “pit bulls fighting for honesty, transparency and victory.”

Maybe they could come to a mutual agreement and sign a memorandum or something and chose a neutral place like Budapest to sign it. </sarcasm>

It's crazy that people equate them the same.

There's a vocal minority within the Dems calling for a ceasefire and for Palestinian rights to be respected. I haven't seen that on the Reps side.

Yes, the Dems have armed Israel and gave them money to buy the arms. That's not good. But at least there's a part of the party against that, and hopefully that message can spread. Unlike the Republicans who have no problem with arming Israel and watching Palestine burn. Their leader's only issue is it is taking them too long!

How you can hold those positions as equal is beyond me.

I notice that the share price of TMTG whenever it is in danger of falling below a step of 10, will rally mysteriously for a few days before it goes below.
On the 21st of August it was at $ 21something and it rose again to almost $25 on the 22nd of August. Since then it has been steadily falling towards 20 again, will we see it dip below $20 this week?

There seems to be hints that his followers are being urged to buy stock:

The current movement is the day traders playing chicken among themselves before the whole thing collapses when the insider trading block is removed in the middle of September.

Trump owns ~60% of the stock and another 15/20% is owned by others who were given the stock in lieu of payment for various services.

They will want to get out ASAP even if Trump doesn't , so the amount of "available" shares is going to double at least once that block comes off so the stock price will plummet.

what's up with his right eye? Seems squinty.

    Hmm… maybe that's unsurprising

And yet it's Kamala who seemingly has to prove she can be Presidential in the debate....

I wonder how many posters here are paying $99 for a card to show their true belief in The Donald.

The one surprise to me is he didn't say it was the suit God laid his hands on to stop the bulliet from killing him.

That would surely have helped sell out the cards in the bible belt.

    So confused.

    Who is this guy?

    This is Trump:

    And while I'm at it.

    Who's this guy?

Certainly not meant to be Trump, is it? Did they get a blind graphic designer in and got Trump to describe what he looks like himself?

I mean, the guy above is not the guy below.

There's always these photos: the showdown.

Honestly they need to just keep calling him weird between now and then and Harris needs to say it once at the start of the debate and watch him snap live on TV.

Unreal, just telling his believers, he's a fraud and they still follow.

A conservative talk radio host comes out about the abuse he's received from MAGA Qultists because he sometimes says honestly critical things of Trump, despite overwhelmingly praising and even donating to Trump on the regular:

“Y’all, let me just lay all my cards on the table for all of you: I don’t like either of these candidates. You may like Donald Trump, I don’t. Am I willing to support him? Yes. I’ve probably given him more money than you have. But I don’t like him. I don’t think he’s a good person. He’s cheated on multiple wives, including with a porn star. The only people who believe his denials on that are his cult — yeah, I think he’s got a cult of personality.”

“There are people who I can spend three straight days praising the things Donald Trump has done, and then say one critical thing and they e-mail ‘I can’t believe you hate Donald Trump. You should be taken off the radio station. Your wife should die of cancer and it should all your be your fault.’ You know? Screw you people! I don’t like him, I’m not going to tell you otherwise,” he continued. I can tell you I’ve given him more money than probably nine out of ten of the people who email me angrily that I don’t like Donald Trump and so I should shut up and be taken off the radio because I’m not willing to hump his leg like you are. And you’ve decided everybody else must hump his leg or it’s insufficient because you embarrass yourself, you know you’ve embarrassed yourself, and so as long as you can bully everyone else into humping his his leg too, then you can say, ‘Well, we’re all doing it, we’re all in this together.'”

“I don’t like either of these people. I might vote for one of them because I prefer his policies more than her, but I don’t have to like all of them. I actually think character counts. I still believe character counts. Call me naive, but I would still prefer a president of the United States who’s not a serial adulterer or a professional careerist in government who will say and do anything to get elected. Surprise! I guess I’m too old school for some of you. The parties have decided to pick the two worst possible people to be their nominees and the rest of us are supposed to pick.”

I happen to disagree with him though: if he thinks character counts, he certainly doesn't show it by indicating he's going to be voting for him anyway, that very much seems to demonstrate it doesn't count for anything. All the same it's interesting how quickly the cult leopards eat his face and wish that his wife dies of cancer the minute he says the first thing that is remotely un-cult-ish.

Wait. Didn't Trump say he wouldn't do the debate as the agreement was with Biden?

So he has caved in to Harris already.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,941 ✭✭✭✭everlast75

This was his choice. Obviously thinks taking part in the debate will be the lesser of two evils...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 60,803 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

Harris also needs to sit down with Obama before the debate and learn crowd size hand gesture.

    BREAKING

Jacks Smith has issued a new superseding indictment against Trump for election crimes to align with the SCOTUS immunity ruling

    https://www.mediaite.com/news/breaking-trump-newly-indicted-by-jack-smith-in-election-crimes-case/

Smith is still charging Trump on the same four counts he was indicted on last summer — conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights — this latest indictment is meant to address the potential implications of the Supreme Court’s ruling presidential immunity ruling earlier this year.

In that ruling, the Court decided that presidents were immune from prosecution for acts stemming from their official duties at the head of the executive branch, but not immune from prosecution for unofficial acts committed while they hold office.
