Hot Water Tank Temperature Sensor

I have a 20 year old thermal solar system that doesn’t work. It’s hooked up with a theromax smt100 that has 3 temp sensors collector, tank and return. I have a 20 year old thermal solar system that doesn’t work.

The goal with be to know what the water temp is using Alexa (or phone) to be able to tell when we need to turn hot water on.
We have solar pv now but on days like today its difficult to know temp
