Buying iPhone off adverts

Just wondering if buying an iPhone of sellers on adverts with 3000+ positive reviews is safe? Everything seems to check out and they have been operating for years. I’m in touch with a seller in Naas. Has anyone done it and if so was it all good?

Always wondered how they can sell less than price on apple site myself, it's great if you are buying but shite if you are selling an apple product yourself.

They basically shop around Europe, so phones tend to be cheaper in eastern Europe or snapped up in sales with bulk buying.
