    Just got charged €125 for PS Plus. No longer have a PS5.

    Anyone know if I can get this back? Refunds section on Sony site says it's for new subs only, no option to contact support.

    It's a new sub so you should be covered (as in, it's a new renewal). I'm sure there's a cool down period, but getting through to them will be the hardest part.

    Yeah, I got a refund on my auto renewal. Took about a day to process, and a further 2 days for it to return to my bank a/c.

    Follow guidance on PS Support, it was fairly straightforward from what I remember.
