Where I work has not been busy this year ,so we have been working 3 weeks a month then laid off for 1 week for the last few months.First time I claimed UB I lost the 3 days waiting time which I understand but when I go back to work and claim again for the next layoff week I lose the first day everytime .So I only get UB…

You should only lose waiting days once, but if you are going to be claiming regularly, it's better to discuss this at your local intero Centre, to avoid being penalised every month. I'm sure they've a solution to this.
