EPOA waiting time

Anybody know the waiting time for enduring power of attorney. I applied in April 2023 for one and am still waiting. Solicitor sends emails to court service for updates but is told its in a queue and will be dealt with. Is there anyway to complain about this. The epoa section does not have a phone line for the public.
