Express nails in wall for gate

I have a gate hanging off a concrete pier..the thing is the gate keeps coming out..plenty useless at diy. How would i fix this?

The two critical factors for wall anchors are correct hole diameter and proper cleaning of the hole after drilling.
In terms of pull out strength I believe resin/chemical anchors are stronger than mechanical fixings, but hole cleaning is even more important with those.
