Fibrus ( ni ) Internet off since power cut

I've contacted the provider and the first available date is Friday , I have tried resetting to available but Google says I can perform a hard reset using a pin . Anyone know how to do this ?

Did tech support say what the issue was? If it's an issue with the fibre line then you'll have to wait for a call out.
