Vodafone Equipment Returns

    Vodafone refuses to pick up equipment and wants me to bring it to a Vodafone shop. I'm opting out of a contract within the 14 day(?) because we were mis-sold the TV bundle. No recording facility, no pause facility and we were told by the customer service agent that there was.

    I an OAP and don't drive and the nearest Vodafone shop to me is rural 10 miles away, with no bus service. They are insisting that I have to bring it back to the shop. They are threatening me now with breach of contract.

    Anyone have this issue? How was it resolved?
