Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Development waiver

hi all, Just wondering what all works need to be completed by December 2024 in relation to the development waiver. I have heard in different counties that the foundations need to be completed etc. I live in Cavan and wondering if just construction needs to start before the deadline of December 2024, thanks.
