Anyone doing house swaps as holiday destinations?

Considering changing from usual summer 2weeks in the sun destination holiday to a house swap in a not too touristy location or even non touristy. Anyone doing this? . Just looking for general info and feedback. Thanks

Have you ever taught about pet sitting? Have a look trusted house sitters site, my friend travels all over the place using this, from usa to asia and all over Europe plus ireland, thats if your an animal lover, he has stayed in mansions to city lofts to country houses.
