What would you consider a "bad day at the office"?

Loses wise? 100? 200? I'm the conservative type, loses of any kind are typically unacceptable but I guess this is the game we play. For those who gamble consistently, almost as a functional part of your lifestyle (you can keep your head above water), what's an acceptable level of loss for you?
