Poe cctv options-€400 budget

Hi folks I have recently removed my old analogue cctv cams and now want to install a POE 4 camera system,cloud/app enabled. Anyone any recommendations for 400 euro budget. Also does it matter if dome or bullet cams?I'm installing them 5mts from footpath level
