Hi folks my washing machine is 10 months old and the Washer Replace Door Boot Seal Retaining Ring came off water everywhere , is that Particular part under Guarantee, 2 year labour & 10 year parts guarantee

Yeah, it should be under warranty unless it came off from misuse.
Log a service call with Beko or better still, contact the retailer you bought it from and get them to sort it.
