Noise from Oil Heating pipework depending on which zone is being used.

We got new Oil Boiler about 4 years ago. Basically a new boiler, replaced two rads, and split the system into three zones.

Now I notice that after the heating has been on for about 20-25 minutes you can notice a buzzing noise around the house. The boiler sounds normal when you actually go to the boiler house to listen, so doesn't sound like boiler issue. For a while when I turned off the upstairs zone the buzzing stopped, but now it seems to be there whichever zones you have on, but not loud unless the upstairs is on with one of the other zones. If only the upstairs zone is on there is only faint buzzing or no buzzing sometimes.

Just wondering does anyone have idea what source of this issue could be?
