I’m currently on invalidity pension, my sister and her small child now live with me. My sister works part time on minimum wage approx 20 hours per week Weekly maintenance €150 , separated from husband April 23 can she apply for WFP and then back to school allowance or will my payment be taken into account? Will I have to…

can she apply for WFP and then back to school allowance or will my payment be taken into account? Will I have to supply bank statements etc?

I do not take money from her for rent etc and I own my home since late last year
They moved in with me about 12 months ago. She receives the monthly child benefit allowance

I did not apply for living alone allowance package etc when I was awarded invalidity pension.

yes and can also apply for one parent family if not already.
