Non Europeans in Waterford

Was in the city today with the family and was completely shocked by the amount of non Europeans now in the city , every where we looked large numbers , the amount of beggars outside shops couldn't believe it . Ballybricken , the Glen are like ghettos ......John roberts square down to O Connell street it's just a sea of refugees ......this just can't be right ........saddened to see a great city culture completely changed

Waterford is the Marsailles of Ireland. You dont think Waterford got Red Falcon investments for free did you? Michael Street shopping centre and the North Quays? There is a terrible price that is going to have to be paid.

I have never liked the city and moved away as fast as I could but it saddens me to see the city going down the pan.

Dont be surprised if you see either a new religious venue going on the quay (Munster Express block) or into the Friary or both. My friend used to live on Francis Street, I saw a large area on that block being sold a few years back warned him to move. He saw what was coming too and sold up.

yup, anti-immigration sentiments will definitely solve our critical issues such as housing and health care, maybe if we prevented such influxes, implement polices to force later retirement ages and longer working hours, problems solved!
