    Not sure if this is covered elsewhere - but probably merits a discussion on its own.

    My own thoughts:

    (1) In solving one problem they will exacerbate another - that is to say, this will suit Dublin and Kerry, and whoever else are the strongest teams around - and will not suit other teams lining up against Dublin or Kerry.

    (2) Maybe should be renamed the Senior Mens Football Review Committee - I dont see too many under 14s kicking a point from outside of a 40 metre arc. Or Emma Duggan or Carla Rowe.

    (3) General comment a propos of nothing - Jarlath Burns seems to feature on a newspaper headline every single day of the week. Not sure if this is a good thing.

    (4) 4 points for a goal - much more needed in hurling than football.
