Hey guys I have a slight leak more like seeping water under the sink, seems to be coming from the valve you turn , to turn on and off the water, should the valve be turned completely open or just slightly open ,could that have anything to do with it, Just over it is the pipe that runs out the back garden, Could it have…

Hey guys
I have a slight leak more like seeping water under the sink, seems to be coming from the valve you turn , to turn on and off the water, should the valve be turned completely open or just slightly open ,could that have anything to do with it,
Just over it is the pipe that runs out the back garden, Could it have been caused by the back garden tap no being turned fully off ? Looks like the kids had it on and never closed it fully,
