Aer Lingus refunds - industrial action

    I requested a cash refund...according to their website I should have received an automated response with my case number but this has not happened.

    I checked the spam folder, etc, etc...

    Has anyone else experienced this? Last thing I need is to struggle to get my money back, but I think that will be the norm.
