No cold water

There was a water outage in my area yesterday. Woke up today and there is no cold water to the tap, shower and cistern in the bathroom. Warm tap runs fine and kitchen is also fine. There was a water outage in my area yesterday.

Woke up today and there is no cold water to the tap, shower and cistern in the bathroom. Warm tap runs fine and kitchen is also fine.

Went to the attic and the cold water tank was nearly empty so I pressed the ball cock down to fill the tank and that didn’t rectify it.
Hot and cold taps in the bathroom are separate too and not mixed.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas what it may be?
