Air lock in water system

    I put a new kitchen mixer tap in recently and the hot supply is running lower than the cold. Strange thing is the mixer in the upstairs ensuite is the same. I've tried holding a rag over the outlet and running the tap, slowly to try and eradicate an air lock but the issue remains.

    Any advice? Thanks
