Seai grant and mould problems

I was able to avail of the seai grant a few years ago, this allowed me to get the attic and walls insulated, as time has gone on I now have mould appearing in the rooms. At the start I thought it was because of a vent that was closed but even with all vents opened & persistent cleaning of the areas the mould keeps coming…

I think its coming from the wall insulation which is the beads, as all the work was done through seai I'm unsure where to turn to now.
Has anyone been in a similar situation as I'm very overwhelmed as I'm unsure where to start with it all
