    For language/region, the thumbnail says Tamil, so southern India and the surrounding areas.

    The two things that consistently make me steer clear of Indian cinema - especially blockbuster movies - are: the insistence on a dance number; and jingoism that'd make Americans blush.

    If that film has neither, I might be tempted.
