Heat Pump and MVHR Install Documents

    I'm sale agreed on an A2 self build from circa 2017. The BER was completed in 2019. It has a air source heat pump and a MVHR system. For the purposes of pre-purchase survey and future BERs what documentation should be available?

    For a BER assessment I see a Designer Installer Sign off Form would be required and air tightness test cert.

    Is there anything else? What should typically, best practice, be provided during construction?
