    Hi guys, briefly... I'm from Dublin but living in the US for the last 10 years, I want to get a place back home so I have somewhere to retire to. Does any of you know if there is a county where my chances of buying a site & erecting a modular home would be easier? Ideally I'd like somewhere within walking distance of a town. I don't want to waste everyone's time if some counties are just dismissing permission applications like mine....so thanks in advance, I have to start somewhere 👍☘
