Hi I'm thinking of getting a buy to let mortgage on an apartment in fair street drogheda. Can anybody advise what this area is like? Apartments here look to be priced reasonably and offer a good yield but I think I've seen apartments for sale or rent in this area frequently in recent years. Can anybody advise what this…

I'm thinking of getting a buy to let mortgage on an apartment in fair street drogheda. Can anybody advise what this area is like?
Apartments here look to be priced reasonably and offer a good yield but I think I've seen apartments for sale or rent in this area frequently in recent years.
Can anybody advise what this area is like?
I'd be concerned if it's a bad area and tenants would not stay long if there is anti social behaviour.
Are my concerns without merit?
