Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not sure why the mod didnt just put my post in the correct forum, as he claimed i was in the wrong one.. I have seen mods do this plenty of times… makes you wonder what the motives are here.

    @Big Bag of Chips can you please point me to the Helpdek forum, as I cannot find it, all I can see is the helpdesk archive which I cannot post in?
