Just wondering if any one else thinks that UHL is a lost cause. We have all heard the news with reports of patients spending days on trolleys and people leaving the A/E departments untreated because of waiting long times to be seen.
I've just been on the phone to a friend of mine, and the subject came up in the conversation. He was telling me that he has had several bad experiences there and that if he needed A/E services, he would get his wife to drive him to family in Galway and ring for an amublance on the pretense he was visiting them.
Anyone else feel that way?
