I’m looking to see if someone can point me in the right direction.

I was convicted of driving without insurance 20 years ago, banned for 6 months and want to see how long ( if ever) until it becomes spent.
The only information I can find is on the citizens information website, but still doesn’t answer my question or maybe it does and I’m not reading it correctly.

Nothing to do with insurance, I want to find out can it be used in court as a previous against me or will it be spent after 20 years ?

Spent after 7 years, unless …

"When it comes to convictions for other offences, such as theft, minor
drug possession or dangerous driving, only one conviction can become
spent. If you have two or more of these convictions (other than offences
committed at the same time or in the same event and dealt with by the
Court on the same day), then none of them can ever become spent."

That's from the Irish Penal Reform Trust which, hopefully, is a trusted source.
