    Hello all

    I have planning approved for 97sqm semi detached house in Kildare area

    I am single so it will be a sole project

    I can finance a build up to 400k I reckon

    I have seen many posts and the prices being 3000/sqm +

    Does anyone have experience in prices in Kildare? Can people offer me reassurance that this is a reasonable budget for a semi detached build? Would a main contractor be possible with the above budget!

    Any other tips would be appreciated! I have no experience in DIY
