Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Civil Service Panels - How do they work?

How do civil service panels actually work ? For a example if I am placed 10th on the panel. What is the actual process? Do they work their way 1 by 1 on the panel and process each person into a new position? Any insights would be great. I understand depending on the competition the processing times can vary.

Yes panels ate decided on order of merit based on interviews or whatever else is used in that specific competition to score candidates. They then work through the order of merit until vacancies are filled or competition ends.
