Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    When ordering home heating oil over the phone, when does the payment take place...at the time of the phone call or when the truck arrives?

    There isn't a hard and fast rule. Ask at time of ordering if time is important.

    I order off the local place, they just drop the receipt in the door and I usually pay it that day or some time in the next couple of weeks. Probably a lot different if you're renting or unknown to them.

    I doubt they take payment beforehand just incase the amount doesn't fit or you want more. We get a full fill every time.

    I need to order tomorrow as we're all out with no hot water, that's my first ever July fill.
