Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We are having a bit of leak of the swivel spout and thinking of replace the sealer, however we are having issue to remove the swivel spout at it doesn't seem like a screw in it. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

If the screw is missing it should just pop off I reckon

We tried that, and even aligned with either the cold/hot tap and gave it a pull but no joys...
