Hi. I was on a bus and think I left 1 capsule on it by mistake. It was a tamsulosin capsule. I hope no one swallows it but if it happened would it be dangerous.. cheers tom .

that’s used for treatment of prostate hyperplasia, should not be harmful generally to others, except of course if a child picked it up and swallowed it, one wouldn’t want that.

I presume you advised the bus service provider to look out for it and dispose of it safely. It’s not in narcotic etc category.
