Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    I need aome help,I done fetec level 5 in childcare and I've lost my major award certificate,I've been onto qqi about it but they said I didn't do one module,I graduated in May 2013 which I got my certificate then which I wouldn't of got if I didn't complete all modules,I've been offered a job to go back working in childcare,I'm a healthcwre worker but fancy a change, I cant get intouch with the lady that took me on as sadly she passed away and I can't get anyone to help me with this, can anyone help me to set me in the right direction to get a copy of the certificate
