Anybody else have this problem with new FTTH connection.

    Hoping somebody here could help. I recently went pre order with NBI FTTH. In my haste I signed up with Eir, then realised after reading lots of bad reviews I should stay with Digiweb who I have wireless broadband with. I rang Eir to cancel pre order and then contacted Digiweb who informed me they couldn't proceed as Eir had still reservation on line. Lots of calls back and forth and Eir are adamant the agreement has been terminated and it must be NBI who have reservation on the line. Digiweb still maintain they cannot proceed until it is lifted.

    Any info would be much appreciated.TIA
